Tatsuda NYC opening executive chef was a highly experienced New York City sushi chef Alan. He also gained most of his knowledge and mastery of art from Red Plum, Nutsumi, Sushi by suite 1001.
May of 2021, he opened his first Omakase restaurant. Omakase by Korami, one of NYC’s best for its intimacy and welcoming hospitality.
The moody ambiance creates a serene and relaxing backdrop for your meal. Tatsuda NYC offers a 16-course Dinner Omakase, lasting 75 minutes, for $90 per person, and a 13-course Lunch Omakase, lasting 60 minutes, for $75 per person. We provide a selection of sake, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, all fermented, brewed, and imported from Japan. Additionally, we offer wines and other beverages sourced locally.
